The person responsible for a reservation is the person responsible for any
damages caused to the vehicle by any of the passengers. Such damages include,
but are not limited to, alcohol spillage, vomiting, broken or chipped glasses
and decanters, broken, scratched or in any other way damaged TV screens, DVD
players and CD players, radios and speakers, gum on any interior or exterior
parts or surface of the vehicle, broken, scratched or in any other way damaged
parts and surfaces of the vehicle, etc. The minimum charge for any such damages
is $100(one hundred). Should this amount not cover the repair or replacements of
damaged components, Signature Limo will bill the customer and customer agrees to
pay all amounts owed.
We highly appreciate any intentions of helping our drivers with
loading/unloading the luggage. However, we must ask all customers that they
refrain from doing so. Otherwise, as per our "Damages" terms described above,
they are responsible for any damage they cause to the vehicle while helping with
the loading/unloading.
Signature Limo shall not be held liable for delays or services not
rendered due to conditions beyond its control. Such conditions include, but are
not limited to, acts of God, mechanical breakdowns, severe weather, road
conditions and closures of roads, mislabeled roads, fire, flood, natural
disasters, communication delays, etc.
As of August 1st 2010, we can no longer honor our "Complimentary" Airport Service as
part of our Wedding Package Program. We still will offer great service at an affordable
rate for your honeymoon transportation, if you wish to use our service for that purpose.
We have explained time and time again to our Brides and Grooms to be that this service did
not include the drivers compensation or gratuity. More often then not, the driver would end
up not getting paid, or getting paid very little to perform this service. Furthermore, the driver
would have to explain and re-iterate to our brides and grooms that it does not include compensation
or gratuity and because we did not want to escalate the situation at hand, we would not pursue the
discussion any further and waived all fees (This costs the company money because we would then
compensate the driver for his time and effort ourselves on a "FREE RIDE").
It is a shame that it has come to this, but we think everyone would agree that if a driver had to wake
up at 3:00AM to do this type of service, for example, in Toms River to EWR (Newark), that $5 dollars to the driver
is not only unfair, but flat out insulting.
